Since 2010, he is the Managing Director of CONOSCOPE GmbH.

Annette Hoh

Completed a study in Communication and Media Studies, Musicology and Cultural Studies (emphasis on empirical research, systematics and cultural interaction) at the University of Leipzig, then she was Managing Partner and founding member of CONTOUR 21 GmbH. Experience in Project Management in Market Research, Communication, Finance and Personal Management and since 2010 a Partner and General Manager at CONOSCOPE GmbH. Specialties: empirical methods, project management and services. Sectors: energy, culture and services. Interests: family, classical music, nature and Pilates.

Uwe Becher

Uwe Becher is a trainer, coach and interim manager home and abroad.
His main focus is the development of new products and business models as well as their financing and market development.

Industry focus: Machine and plant construction, energy, medical technology. Know-how: Business and Renewable Energy Technologies at the Technical University Dresden, trainer and founder coach for over 100 start-ups internationally. In Leipzig, Uwe has led 30 start-up projects and held workshops for SMILE (2006-2010) and SMILE.medibiz (since 2008) at the University of Leipzig.

Markus Schubert

Studied Communication, Media and Music at the University of Leipzig with a focus on empirical research, was then the manager of CONTOUR 21 GmbH, Chief Executive at the Centre for Science and Research|Medien e.V., a member of the German Association for Media and Communication Studies (DGPuK), a member of the Professional Association of German Market and Social Researchers (BVM) and member of the European Society for Opinion and Marketing Research (ESOMAR). He has teaching experience from universities, colleges and technical schools in Germany and Switzerland. Competency areas: market and opinion research, media research, statistical methods, empirical methods. Sectors: energy, media, culture, health and services.

Dr. Utz Dornberger

At CONOSCOPE, Dr. Utz Dornberger is responsible for innovation management. Since 1996, he has managed R&D projects between companies and universities. He has conducted over 100 hundred innovation and technology management courses since 2001. As a biologist, he is well acquainted with the requirements of project management in the life sciences sector. As part of the Service Innovation Lab, he is involved in the field of innovation management for the entire service sector. He is head of the International SEPT Program of the University of Leipzig and is active in the promotion of SMEs in Germany and worldwide.

CONOSCOPE GmbH was founded in 2010 by the companies INNOWAYS GmbH, CONTOUR 21 GmbH and inomic GmbH. These companies have each more than 10 years of experience in their respective fields and have common roots as they were all spin-offs from the University of Leipzig and concentrate their activities in Innovation Management. We work with the objective to lead innovation for sustainable business success and implement innovation in these companies to ensure their long-term success. What drives us is innovation in order to offer our customers a comprehensive, unique and compelling services portfolio, backed by data-oriented analysis of the business' situation. Our employees come from various academic fields of expertise. Economics, engineering, sociology and psychology are represented. Furthermore, a large proportion of them are involved in university networks and have access to a large group of experts and new scientific findings. Our research activities are undertaken as needed with universities. We pull customer-oriented and goal-based information from a scientific environment. We use the latest scientific methods and engage in the interpretation of the latest research findings. The close link to universities and joint implementation of projects is a large part of our identity.
