CATI-Call Center

Capacity
CONOSCOPE has an in-house call center with 8 CATI interviewer places. A modular expansion to 16 seats is possible. If necessary, using this capacity up to 5,000 respondents can be reached per week.


Hardware
CONOSCOPE has the latest computer and communications technology. For computer-assisted telephone interviews, voxco InterviewerSuite 4.6is used. With the software, a follow-up survey and sample management is possible for the client. For maximum capacity utilization, a procedure called Autodialing is used. With our CATI technology, it is possible to play auditory stimuli.


Interviewers
There is a pool of 150 trained interviewers, each with specific skills for both qualitative and quantitative studies that are used. A team of 50 interviewers, trained specifically for business-business research and expert interviews and 20 interviewers specialize in CAPI and face-to-face interviews. Similarly, foreign language interviews are conducted by native speakers (including French, Spanish, English, Russian).


Supervisors
The supervisors monitor the interviewers in a team (project leaders). The supervisors have scientific experience in the field of empirical market and social research and are trained rhetorically. They are also responsible for the standardized modular training program (basic, advanced and intensive training) for new and current interviewers.


Quality Management
For each project, a competent written and personal interview training is done by the supervisors. All interviews are controlled for quantity, quality, content, validity, and compliance with selection methods (e.g. quota, last birthday method). Furthermore, an internal interviewer rating system is used, which is taked into account when choosing a student interviewer.
