The fundamental principle of our training is to provide the learner "space for their own decisions" and the necessary flexibility to develop their skills and competencies. The aim is to develop key skills such as social (e.g. Interaction in groups) and methodological skills (e.g. application of methods of innovation of export management) and to link these skills with the existing expertise of the participants.
Our training programs have the goal to give practitoners from companies and public institutions immediately applicable knowledge from different areas of management. The focus is on management techniques and concepts that can be used quickly and profitably.
We can conduct training in three languages: English, German and Spanish. In cooperation with the International SEPT Program of the University of Leipzig, we have implemented more than 50 major training activities worldwide.
