Our export manager training is designed for sales staff of SMEs and contains the building blocks for export management and planning, sales engineering and intercultural skills. This course is designed around a curriculum of 100 classroom hours. The tools and methods applied are based on practical examples. For example, the sales negotiation portion is based on real situations. The goal is to develop an export plan for relevant companies. This training program is conducted by CONOSCOPE in cooperation with the International SEPT Program at the University of Leipzig. It deepens the individual cultural and language skills.
